Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
4 eggs
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix well.
Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Start at 300\u00b0 and then increase to 325\u00b0.
Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
Cool, then ice the cake.
