Potato-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 can cheese soup or Cheez Whiz
3 c. raw potato slices (approximately 6 to 7 medium potatoes)
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage.
Mix soup, milk, onion, salt, pepper and cheese in a large casserole dish.
Layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage and repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 8 to 10.
