Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can vegetable soup
    1 can tomato soup
    5 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Drain off grease.
    Add soups and mushrooms.
    Put in 3-quart casserole.
    Top with mashed potatoes. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until potatoes are light brown and crusty.
    (Other vegetables may be added.)
