Butter Brickle Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box butter brickle cake mix or any flavor you choose
1 box instant coconut pudding
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
4 eggs
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and blend together on medium beater setting until thoroughly mixed together.
Pour the mixture evenly into 5 small 2 1/2 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake an additional 40 to 45 minutes.
Let cool and remove from pans.
