Marinated Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tomatoes, sliced thick
    1/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Combine last 8
    ingredients well.
    Pour over tomatoes, cover and refrigerate for several hours.
    Makes about 8 servings.
