Frenchman'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 large onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 bell pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Saute meat in olive oil to a golden brown; sprinkle flour over top of meat.
    Chop onion, garlic and bell pepper very fine.
    Add other seasonings with 1/2 cup of water.
    Place lid on stew pan and simmer 2 hours.
    Serves 4.
    Add package of mixed vegetables, if desired.
