Spicy Crab Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
2 Tbsp. celery, minced
1 Tbsp. spicy seasoning
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation

Combine first nine ingredients and mix well.
Add egg yolks and chill well.
Form into balls.
Fry in 375\u00b0 oil until golden. Serve with cocktail sauce.
