Tangy Broccoli-Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, cubed
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed or 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut up
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. horseradish
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 hard-boiled egg (with or without yolk), diced
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender (10 minutes); drain.
    Steam or microwave broccoli until tender.
