Country Fried Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef round steak
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. crushed crackers
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut round steak into six serving pieces.
    Pound steak on both sides thoroughly.
    Blend egg and milk.
    Dip pieces of meat first in egg, then in crumbs.
