Peanut Butter And Pumpkin Soup(A Thick And Filling Chef Style Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanuts, unsalted and shelled
    1 small pumpkin
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 Tbsp. water
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    2 medium leeks, white part only, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to season
    6 c. chicken stock
    7 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    4 Tbsp. peanut butter, creamy
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Toast peanuts
    on
    a baking sheet in a 300\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
    Hold in a warm oven.
