Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced celery
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 eggs
    3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 pt. can tomato juice
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 or 3 Tbsp. vinegar (optional; if you like tart taste)
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil cabbage and 1 teaspoon sugar about 3 minutes; drain and cool.
    Cut core out to loosen leaves.
