Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. boiled potatoes, hot and diced
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    onion to taste, cut in small pieces
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
    8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients.
    Put in buttered baking dish. Top casserole with the black olives and crumbled bacon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
