Hot Orange Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. butter flavored vegetable shortening
    1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Sift together the first 4 ingredients.
    Blend and add next 4 ingredients to dry ingredients.
    Add milk; beat with electric mixer for 3 minutes.
    Add eggs; beat 2 additional minutes.
    Stir in coconut.
    Bake in 2 (9-inch) pans or a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been lined with waxed paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
