Great Gramma Quay'S Pumpkin Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pumpkin
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    dash of salt
    8 eggs, beaten
    3 1/4 c. whole milk
Preparation
    Combine pumpkin, sugar and spices; mix well.
    Add eggs, mix well.
    Add milk and stir until creamy.
    (Batter will be thin.) Bake pies for 1/2 hour at 450\u00b0 and 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 3 (9-inch) pies.
