Mahi Mahi On The Grill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Fillets of Mahi Mahi
1/4 to 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
3 jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Start a charcoal fire on the outdoor grill.
Let it burn down until all charcoal is fully involved. Mix mayonnaise and peppers (poblanos can be substituted but only use about half).
When the peppers have been thoroughly blended into the mayonnaise, use a pastry brush and apply the mixture thinly but thoroughly to the skin side of the Mahi Mahi.
