Peachy Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef short ribs
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 can peach halves
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Brown ribs in oil, drain peaches.
    Reserve 3/4 cup juice.
    Mix juice with remaining ingredients, add to ribs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
    Add peach halves and bake 10 minutes longer.
