Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped citron
1/2 c. walnuts
2 fully ripened bananas, mashed
Preparation

Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.
Beat together the butter and brown sugar until thick and creamy.
Stir in the honey.
Add eggs alternately with the flour.
Fold in the bananas, citron and walnuts.
Place in a buttered and floured 8-inch loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake is done.
