Spicy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Polish sausage
1 onion, chopped
6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 to 1 can water
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cheese soup

Preparation

Layer potatoes, sausage, peppers and onion in a shallow casserole dish.
Mix soup with water. Pour over and bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
