Caramel Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    8 c. popcorn, popped
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix popped popcorn, nuts and coconut.
    In saucepan, combine sugar, butter and corn syrup.
    Heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil (reaches 270\u00b0 to 280\u00b0).
    Pour over popcorn/nut mixture.
    Spread on buttered sheets until cool; break into pieces.
