Pineapple Cream Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lime gelatin
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Cream together gleatin and cream cheese; add hot water and stir until dissolved.
    Add enough cold water to pineapple juice to make 2 cups of liquid and stir in.
    Refrigerate until partially jelled.
    Add pineapple and nuts.
    Put in a dish and chill.
    Serves 12.
