Pork Chops And Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
4 apples, sliced
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Brown chops in oil in skillet; sprinkle chops with salt, pepper and sage.
Place apples in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Dot with butter; lay chops on apples.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
