Baked Corned Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. corned beef
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. pickling spices
    1 onion, sliced
    1 celery stalk
    1 carrot, sliced
Preparation
    Soak beef in water to cover, for 1/2 hour.
    Place a large sheet of foil on a cookie sheet.
    Remove beef from water and pat dry.
    Place on foil; pour over 1/4 cup water, spices and vegetables.
    Seat tightly.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
