Sauerkraut Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 small green pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. sour cream or 1/4 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Chop kraut into short pieces.
    Mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally at least 24 hours.
