Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. French-cut beans (instead of beans, you can substitute 3 lb. savoy cabbage, cut into pieces, excellent too)
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. carrots and peas
    1 1/2 lb. kielbasa, cut into pieces 1/2-inch size
    1 pkg. Lipton Cup-a-Soup pea soup
    3 cloves garlic, cut into pieces
    1 small onion, cut into pieces
    3 tsp. grated Romano cheese
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 qt. water (approximately)
Preparation
    Place all these ingredients into the 4-quart pan.
    Mix well. Cook for about 1 1/2 hours; stir occasionally.
