Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) frozen lemonade
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb pie crust
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

Mix instant pudding and milk with wire whisk or lowest setting on mixer, about 30 seconds.
Add lemonade and beat with whisk for 30 more seconds.
Mixture will be thick.
Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Spoon into crust.
Store in refrigerator overnight or at least 4 hours or until set.
Garnish with lemon slice curls if desired.
