Baked Sweet And Sour Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. fresh or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts, cooked
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Arrange sprouts in shallow baking dish.
    Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; blend well.
    Pour over sprouts and sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until sprouts are tender.
    (If possible, marinate sprouts in vinegar 1/2 hour to 1 hour before baking.)
