Caramel-Chocolate Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecan pieces
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
unsweetened cocoa
Preparation

Sprinkle pecans evenly in unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with chocolate pieces; drizzle with caramel.
Set aside.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, beating on low just until combined.
Pour over caramel in crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until center appears set.
Cool.
Chill, covered, for at least an hour before serving. Sift cocoa lightly over pie.
