Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts or raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Mix dry ingredients and add zucchini.
    Pour into loaf tins and bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Yields 2 loaves.
