Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. chopped, peeled apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Stir in all other ingredients.
    Stir until stiff.
    Pour into 2 (9-inch) greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
    Ice with Caramel Icing.
