Ingredients

1/3 c. apricot preserves
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 (3/4-inch) thick pork chops
3 green onions, chopped
Preparation

Combine preserves and mustard in a small saucepan; heat until preserves melt, stirring occasionally.
Set aside.\tTrim excess fat
from
pork
chops
and
place\tchops on a lightly greased broiler pan.
Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes; brush chops with half of glaze and turn.
Broil 5 minutes and brush with remaining glaze.
Broil an additional 2 minutes and sprinkle with green onions.
