Orange Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
7 egg yolks
3/4 c. cold water
3 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
Make well in the center.
Place oil, unbeaten egg yolks, cold water and orange rind in well; beat with a spoon until smooth.
