Layered Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 oz. Monterey Jack, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 carton creamed cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix baking mix, milk, eggs and onion.
    Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Spread in dish.
    Mix other ingredients; spoon evenly over batter in dish.
    Bake until set, about 30 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
