Salad Nicoise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium new red potatoes
    1 clove garlic
    3 c. chilled cooked young green beans
    6 peeled and quartered tomatoes, which have been marinated in French dressing
    1/2 c. heated white wine or 1/2 c. vinegar and 1/4 c. stock
    capers, anchovies and black olives*
Preparation
    *Tuna fish may be substituted for anchovies.
