Banana-Wheat Quick Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. (3 medium) mashed bananas
1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
1 egg
1/4 to 1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour bottom of 9 x 5-inch or 8 x 4-inch pan.
In large bowl, blend all ingredients.
Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Immediately remove from pan; cool.
Make 4 miniature loaves using 5 x 2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch pans or soup cans. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
