Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Cut in shortening.
    Combine juice and rind with egg.
    Pour into dry ingredients.
    Fold in nuts and cranberries.
    Spoon in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
