Apple Pie In A Sack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon and/or nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 to 10 apples, pared and sliced
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    salt
Preparation
    Shake sugar, spice, flour and apples in a sack.
    Arrange in a pie crust.
    Combine butter, brown sugar, flour and pinch of salt to make crumb topping.
    Sprinkle on apple mixture.
    Bake in a sealed brown paper sack (do not use recycled sack) for 1 hour. Bake at 425\u00b0.
