Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 c. pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla (heaping)
2 c. apples (heaping)
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to first mixture.
Fold in apples and nuts. Pour in ungreased pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 35 minutes.
