Peanut Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. peeled, chopped cucumber
    1/2 c. chopped cocktail peanuts
    3 Tbsp. diced onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. commercial sour cream
    3/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, celery, cucumber, peanuts and onion in a large bowl.
    Set mixture aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix
    well.\tAdd
    to
    cabbage mixture;
    toss well.
    Cover and chill.
    Yields 6 servings.
