Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. pkg. sour cream
12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and sour cream just until mixed well.
Stir in Cheddar cheese, then remainder of ingredients (except pecans). Place in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Spread pecans on waxed paper. With wet hands, shape two cheese balls.
Roll in nuts. Refrigerate until used. Can be frozen.
