Two Pineapple Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine or butter
4 egg whites
2 Tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, dash of salt and pineapple. Beat this mixture, then add milk and margarine.
Cook until thick.
Pour into a baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites.
Add dash of salt and 2 tablespoons sugar; put on pies and brown.
