Harvest Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Wash and cook vegetables until tender.
    Drain.
    Cut vegetables into bite size pieces and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Stir in soup.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
    In separate container, mix together crushed crackers and melted oleo.
    Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
