Pork Kilawin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 k. pork liempo
    1/2 c. Del Monte vinegar
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 medium size onions, raw, coarsely chopped
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil pork liempo, in 2 cups water and some salt.
    Cook until liempo is tender and skin easily peels off.
    While hot, cut liempo into cubes.
    Place in a bowl and add vinegar, soy sauce and chopped raw onions.
    Serve immediately.
