Pineapple And Banana Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
3 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. pineapple juice
4 bananas, sliced (lengthwise)
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Mash softened cream cheese and gradually add lemon and pineapple juices.
Beat until creamy. Slice bananas (lengthwise) and spread with cheese mixture. Arrange on a bed of lettuce or salad greens.
