Crusty Casserole Bread Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. warm water
    2 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour, unsifted
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in sugar, salt, softened margarine and 3 cups flour.
    Beat at low speed until blended. Beat at medium speed until smooth.
    Mix in rest of flour by hand or mix all steps by hand.
    Cover.
    Let rise.
    Stir down.
    Beat for 1/2 minute.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart round casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
