Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
2 Tbsp. oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 small garlic cloves, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. lasagna noodles
3 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 large carton cottage cheese
2 eggs
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown onion, garlic and beef together.
Add tomato paste, mushrooms and salt and pepper.
Boil noodles.
Combine cheeses in bowl.
Grease bottom of casserole dish.
Layer noodles, meat and cheese.
Last layer should be noodles.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
