Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. water
    1 egg
    1/4 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt; add shortening.
    Blend until crumbly.
    Add water, egg and vinegar; mix well.
    Knead dough slightly.
    Divide into 4 parts.
    Yield: 4 (1 crust) pies or 2 (2 crust) pies. Yield: 8 servings.
    Carbohydrate 24 g, protein 3 g, fat 19 g, calories 283.
    One serving = 1 bread starch exchange, 3 fat exchange.
