Homemade Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 egg
Preparation
-
Dissolve yeast in water.
Add sugar and salt.
Gradually add flour. Roll dough into long rolls and shape pretzels.
Beat egg and brush on top. Sprinkle on salt. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
