Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 (7 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Sift first 8 ingredients together.
    Blend in salad oil, pineapple and eggs and beat 4 minutes.
    Fold in carrots and pecans.
    Turn into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Cool and frost.
