Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
1 can mushrooms, sliced (3 to 4 oz.)
1 c. seasoned chicken broth
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. half and half
3 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
2 c. diced chicken breasts
8 oz. vermicelli, cooked and drained
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
1/4 oz. milk
Preparation

In a large saucepan, saute the mushrooms in margarine until golden. Add chicken broth with milk to measure 1 1/4 cups. Set aside. Blend flour into mushrooms, then gradually blend in broth, milk and half and half.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Stir in Swiss cheese and stir until it melts. Fold in chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
Put vermicelli in greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with Parmesan.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and top is golden.
