Pat'S Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and add remaining ingredients.
    Cook in double boiler about 5 minutes or until thick.
    Delicious with ham or summer sausage.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
